FolioCore is developed and published by Strategicamente srl, an Italian software company. The product is designed first for solo lawyers and small law firms using Macs to review NDAs and vendor contracts without a required cloud upload.
Product scope
FolioCore provides six review modes: checklist verification, structured extraction, Semantic Redline, Chat with Document, playbook review and consistency checking. M&A support is a secondary, one-document-at-a-time triage workflow.
