FolioCore checks the document against a structured checklist. The built-in NDA package covers 14 controls, and each item is marked OK or NOT FOUND with the supporting clause highlighted on the exact page. Your review starts with the exceptions while routine boilerplate remains available in context.
A traditional redline shows every touched character. What you need to know is which changes shift rights, obligations, amounts, dates or parties.
Semantic Redline compares the two versions by meaning. Cosmetic rewording is filtered out, material changes are summarized one per line, and each one is shown side by side on the real documents. A deterministic check on numbers and dates catches the quiet edits.
Answering a client question about a 120-page agreement means re-reading the agreement, again.
Ask the document in plain language. Chat with Document answers only from the file in front of it and cites the paragraph that supports each answer. If the contract does not address the point, it says Not Found instead of improvising.
